"Satori" is an animated comic and my university final project from 2009. The story is dark, surreal, and existential, featuring a young man who, in altered states of consciousness, experiences premature enlightenment, leading to an overwhelming revelation and succumbing to his own madness. Satori won second place in the professional category at the 2009 National Comic and Manga Competition ICHIBAN in Quito, Ecuador.
